The collection, processing and use of your personal data are carried out to the extent required for the fulfillment of your order. We act according to the principles of data reduction and data economy. To process your order we will collect in addition to your address details also your date of birth and telephone number, as well as the necessary data for payment processing. In the case we use external service providers for the fulfillment of your order; we conclude an agreement on commissioned date processing conforming to the applicable law. This company determines its information based on mathematical and statistical methods using the address data from the company “BFS finance GmbH, Gütersloher Strasse 123, D-33415 Verl”.
When you provide us your bank account details we carry out an adjustment of these data with the database of the “Reversals-Prevention Pool (RPP)” of the ICD. The RPP is a lock file if irregularities occur in connection with the use of the specified bank details. The adjustment is performed only with IBAN and BIC but not with other personal details.
Alternatively, we may automatically transfer the relevant data for an address/ credit check to the company “SCHUFA Holding AG, Kormoranweg 5, D-65201 Wiesbaden”.
If you wish to obtain information on the companies mentioned in this section and in particular about your personal data which are stored there, please contact these companies directly. This is because we don’t obtain detailed information about you during the credit check.
You can object the transfer of your personal data to the companies referred to in this section at any time. For this purpose also send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. We suggest that in this case probably advance payment could be available only.
Measures of fraud prevention

In this context, you affirm that you are allowed to give your consent in using the mentioned devices when you visit our online shop. You also affirm that you inform third parties to whom you leave your devices on this consent and ensure that the measures above are also consented by the third parties when they visit our online shop.
